ABOUT THE CAMP

You will work through the pain. You will work through the grueling hours. You will work through the sometimes treacherous climate. But you will see the results. This is expected at any regular Boot Camp, but with the ESSC, you will also have fun! Get fit with experienced Personal Trainers in a small group setting. Depending on your fitness targets, sign-up anywhere between 1 to 4 times per week. Be prepared to work out in the rain or shine at 2-3 beautiful parks around the City. Experience a transformation this season with the ESSC.

  WHO CAN JOIN?

Adults 18+ years of age may join the camp. This workout program is designed for individual registrations but if you want get fit with a friend or two, be sure to let us know and we’ll make it happen for you!

 

ESSC CAMP DETAILS

Start Date:

Round III - begins the week of August 11th
Round IV - begins the week of September 21st - enjoy a mix of indoor and outdoor workouts depending on the weather

Cost:

Sign up for:
1 session/week @ $125/person
2 sessions/week @ $225/person
3 sessions/week @ $300/person
4 sessions/week @ $360/person

Locations:

The ESSC has chosen three regular locations in central Edmonton at which boot camp takes place:

W. Hawrelak Park
Government House Park
The Muttart Conservatory


These locations were chosen based primarily on resources available but also on ease to find, parking and for being fairly central in the city.

Session Times:

Mornings: 6:00am – 7:30am
Evenings: 6:30pm – 8:00pm

Format:

You can choose how hard core you want to be by deciding on how many sessions per week you want to attend. To see optimal results we suggest 3 times/week; however, even just once a week will help you reach you fitness goal. When you register you choose how many times a week you want to attend and have the flexibility of choosing what classes you want to attend for the duration of the Boot Camp.
