Additional Information

Players Meetings: The ESSC may or may not, depending on the season, host mandatory Players Meetings and/or require new Captains and individuals complete an online Player Questionnaire. This will be specified on the registration form.

Waiver: All players are expected to complete a waiver prior to playing in any ESSC league or event. One waiver per player, per season is sufficient. To complete the waiver, click here.

Reporting Scores: One player from each team, typically the captain, is responsible for reporting the game scores to the Event Coordinator at the end of your game.  The Event Coordinator will have a score sheet with them for captains to write their scores down on and will use that scoresheet to submit scores to the ESSC.

Field Permits: The Event Coordinator will bring all necessary permits to the field to verify booking times.

Weather Policy: The ESSC provides daily updates regarding weather. To view the entire weather policy, click here.
